AWARENESS *
Awareness is the action of noticing.
Awareness of thoughts, body, essence [ mind, body,soul]
When you become aware of these separate parts of your human experience you can be free to choose. choose to notice what your thoughts are telling you. choose to take control of these thoughts and by naming them, you realize you have the power to change them. change your lense your perspective . choose to not be a victim of the thought rather a director of your desires.
this can be true to you noticing your triggers too. when you feel a trigger [ an emotional reaction to someones words or thoughts, as well as a visual that evokes an experience within you] you can choose if you will act and speak from that trigger, or you will reflect and decide how you want to react to that trigger.
